A 90-Day Warranty
As a part of our offerings for 2018, we’re providing everyone with a 90-day inspection guarantee. This begins on the day of the inspection. It can go up to 90 days afterwards, or 22 days after closing occurs, if it takes you longer to close. This warranty covers new mechanical or structural failures. Even if you get a one-year warranty with your home, this will work alongside it to help cover any deductible.
RecallChek
You may be familiar with your appliances where you live now, but what about in your new home? RecallChek will put your mind at ease. If one of your new home’s major appliances is recalled, you can find out right away. You’ll also get information in the event that you need a repair. The best part is that this program will continue indefinitely, even if you purchase new appliances.
Sewergard
It’s possible that the sewer and water lines under your home may have issues that are impossible to detect. If you discover problems after you move in, this service will cover your costs up to $4,000. Similar to our warranty, you’ll be covered for either 90 days, or for 22 days after closing if you close later than you planned.
MoldSafe
Did you know that most home inspectors in the Twin Tiers don’t even check for mold? This could leave your family in jeopardy. Mold can lead to serious health and breathing problems, and that’s not a risk you want to take. With MoldSafe, you’re covered, and you can rest easy knowing that mold will be taken care of if it’s discovered. This program will effectively treat any mold issue that you find within 90 days, or 22 days following your closing.
