Jason Muckey- President/Inspector
With 20+ years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, Jason has extensive knowledge of the most current local building codes and regulations. He is especially proficient in foundations and structural issues, as well as the special and unique issues that are associated with historic properties. Due to his vast hands on background, he can uncover critical problems with building materials, installations and workmanship that other inspectors commonly overlook.
He is well-versed in the fundamentals of energy efficiency, the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Program, as well as Radon and other environmental issues that affect our area.

Sonja strives to provide quality, convenient and knowledgeable service that will set your mind at ease during what can be a stressful and exciting time during the home buying process. Sonja prides herself on a positive and effortless interaction and really enjoys the little “wins” that life gives.
In her spare time, Sonja enjoys skiing, ballroom dancing and spending time with her two children.
Travis Patocka- Inspector
With 10+ years of experience in excavation and commercial construction, Travis brings a wealth of hands-on experience, knowledge, and understanding of foundations, drainage systems, and exterior grading design. As a certified Healthy Basement/Crawlspace contractor, NYS Licensed Mold Worker, and Radon Mitigation Specialist, Travis can quickly assess potential health risks. His skilled expertise will help you create the ultimate solution to all your waterproofing, mold remediation, and radon mitigation needs. Travis believes with strategic planning any obstacle can be overcome, and prides himself on serving the community with a focus on safe, high-quality work. He is also a NYS licensed Home Inspector. Travis grew up in Horseheads, NY and in his spare time, Travis enjoys camping trips with his wife and daughter, hikes with his dog Lucy, and many other outdoor activities.
